Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions of use for Wander Japan (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") and define the rights and obligations between the user and Nanakamado (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
2. Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by using this Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "User" refers to an individual or entity that has completed account registration and agreed to these Terms.
2. "Content" refers to official content provided by the Company (including text, images, videos, advertisements, etc.) as well as content posted or uploaded by users.

Article 3 (User Registration and Identity Verification)

1. To use this Service, users must complete the account registration process as prescribed by the Company.
2. Identity verification for registration shall be conducted using email authentication only.
3. Users shall promptly update their registered information in the event of any changes.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activities
3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this Service
4. Acts that damage or interfere with the functionality of the Company’s, other users’, or third parties’ servers or networks
5. Acts of commercially utilizing information obtained through this Service
6. Acts that may disrupt the operation of this Service
7. Unauthorized access or attempts to engage in unauthorized access
